This film has typical movie themes. We have two main characters at odds from the start. One is quiet and wants the good life, the other is a big loveable character that just wants to make friends. While the film does a wonderful job at storytelling between the two characters, and the animations are well done, it does lack emotion.  There are moments when the story needs to bring in the emotions but doesn’t really pull in the audience.  The animations of the pet’s mannerisms are spot-on and fun to watch. Overall, the film is fun and worth the watch.
