A donut shop in the inner city of Chicago with an old-school owner and his friends tries to keep up with the changing culture. Starring Jermaine Fowler, David Koechner, and Maz Jobrani.
This series is like an old-time comedy show where the comedy is centered around one single location and the workers and customers just sit around a talk about the issues of today. It has its moments of funny antidotes, but really it’s just another series that showcases issues we have today without any real resolution. The sitcom has a mix of veteran actors with newcomers, which doesn’t help the show’s momentum. It’s very slow-paced as it follows the dialogue and characters more than any action or storyline. This is series is not worth the watch.
