This reality show follows the R&B groups SWV and XSCAPE as they join together for a comeback performance. Starring Kandi Burruss, Tiny Harris, and Tamika Scott.

I wasn’t a fan of either of these groups, so I can’t say that I would enjoy this reality show. It’s just the usual run around of issues: group members don’t get along, and each time they do an interview to explain their feelings, it’s the same conversation – just different words. While it’s always nice to see what former celebrities are doing with their lives, this just seems like they’re trying too hard to relive their lives. It’s not worth the watch.
