This is a little bit different from other designer shows as it takes on the task of helping struggling motels to get back on track. They redesign the rooms or the landscape to help them figure out how best to get customers coming back. This show isn’t on the business side of getting the motels back up and running. She is there just to improve the look of the business. If there are business practices that aren’t right, she doesn’t improve those. I did, however, wonder if there are structure issues that are not addressed. She should be addressing those, but the show doesn’t let us know what was changed for that. I did enjoy the prospects, and I think it’s  one of the better designer shows that’s worth the watch.
