The king of the largest Renaissance festival retires and needs to find a replacement while three people fight for the job. Starring Louie Migliaccio, George Coulam, and Jeffrey Baldwin.
I think this series would do better if it took the job seriously. The king is a disgusting, crazy old man that has no morals. He’s a guy I wouldn’t want to be in the same room with, and I can tell the other women felt the same way. Then you have the fictional power struggle between the men and the king, which of course doesn’t help the situation. The Renaissance faire is a business, and these men have to realize this. Then problem solved. This show tries to make the Renaissance faire into modern life, and it doesn’t fit. This series is not worth the watch.
