Set in an alternate universe where they have memory implants that record your life, the cutters’ make a memory movie for your remembrance service. Starring Robin Williams, Mira Sorvino, and Jim Caviezel. 

This isn’t a bad film, but it just doesn’t give all the answers needed to feel like you understand it. The story follows a cutter who doesn’t mind seeing the horror of people’s lives. He has discovered that he has a memory implant while also trying to remember a youthful event that changed his life. It’s a story that has a thriller aspect as the cutter tries to uncover his own memories and help protect the memories of those that are deceased. However, the story has so many plot holes all due to the implants, and, aside from the cutter, the characters don’t have much depth. This film is not worth the watch.
