Russian Grand Ballet: Swan Lake (2017) Rated NR

The Russian Grand Ballet is pleased to present, Tchaikovsky’s Swan Lake. This full-length classical production features the rarely seen Waltz of the Black Swans. Music By Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky. Choreography by Marius Petipa and Lev Ivanov. Libretto: Vladimir Begichev, and Vasily Getzer. Starring Constantine Mayorov, Yulia Zakharenko, Denis Chernyak

This production was beautifully done. The dancers were wonderful. I’ve never actually seen the Ballet of Swan Lake, and they took me on the journey. I was able to see the ballet in four acts and by The Russian Grand Ballet who uses students from Moscow, St. Petersburg and Kiev. I couldn’t tell you if they did it perfectly or if there were mistakes in the dancing, but it was a joy to watch. This theatre production is wonderfully done and worth the watch.
