This series takes you behind the bars of jails throughout the United States. Starring
James Larabel, Kayla Cheramie, and Quandavion White.
One of my favorite shows is 60 Days In; it’s where they take innocent people and put them in jail for 60 days to improve the system. This show does the opposite in my view. They talk about all the problems with the jail, but have no sense of fixing the problems. Some jails do have inhumane living, and that does need to change. Some jails have overcrowding that, too, needs to be dealt with. What we don’t need is to simply showcase how bad our system is without seeking change. It feels like this is more of a political statement than a presentation of facts. While the problems they mention are real, highlighting bad jails is not helping the system. This series is not worth the watch.
