This miniseries takes on the Bible in ten hours. Starring Keith David, Diogo Morgado, Darwin Shaw

If you want a fast paced, no meat overview of the Bible this series is for you. Mark Burnett and Roma Downey took on a lot to translate the Bible into film. Sure  the took liberties with storylines and dramatized others. I’ll say this about the miniseries, even though it lacks on the depth of the Bible, it is brilliantly done. It looks wonderful and up to date with CGI graphics. With all that being said they didn’t gave a misrepresentation of the Bible. It’s just  fast paced storytelling.
