Brother Bear 2 (2006) Rated G

An old friend needs Kenai’s help despite Koda’s frustration. Starring Patrick Dempsey, Mandy Moore, and Jeremy Suarez.

First off, I wasn’t fond of the first Brother Bear, but I am a fan of Patrick Dempsey, so I must see the second. However, this film isn’t any better than the first. It doesn’t have much in way of music, the animation is mediocre, and the story doesn’t pull at my heart. I thought the movie was too politically correct for my taste. It also doesn’t make the story any more enjoyable. It was more of a forced story than one that tells itself. The only thing that makes the film bearable is the relationship between Rutt and Tuke. This film is not worth a watch.
