Pete Lee says it’s hard to be nice, he doesn’t want conflict, and his harmless humor about drugs and people pleasing avoids all trouble. Starring Pete Lee.
Pete’s comedy is a pleasant event. His humor is not dirty but not clean – he walks that fine line. He’s got some laughs but also some that fall short. Some of his jokes ring true, but then there are others, like Wisconsin accents are more like Minnesotan’s. His humor is universal and doesn’t produce conflict; it’s all around just pleasant and exactly what the audience wants. Due to that, there isn’t anything gratifying about the special, making it not worth watching.
