An interior designer returns home to help her family’s tulip farm. Starring Fiona Gubelmann, Lucas Bryant, and Kelly Rowan.
This is one of Hallmark’s typical romance movies. I know they all seem to follow the same path, but there are times that I really hope they will surprise me with a twist that works. This film has the romance as a secondary plot, and I don’t think it works for a Hallmark romance film. The story itself is pleasant enough and distinguishes itself from other films like it. The underlining theme is lovely, “Home is where the heart is.” Bryant is one that I love to watch, and he’s now done a couple of Hallmark movies, which I love. Although, the chemistry between Bryant and Gubelmann is lacking. This film is the usual Hallmark fare and it’s not bad, but it’s not worth a watch either.
