Sayre Hoyle is a single interior designer who returns to her small town in order to investigate her brother’s death. Based on the novel by Sandra Brown. Starring Shenae Grimes-Beech, Sean Faris, and John Schneider.
I’m surprised that Hallmark took on a Brown book. Sandra Brown, in my opinion, is a little on the racy side. However, Hallmark took out all the profanity, sex, and blood. Revising the book to a Hallmark movie isn’t the only thing that makes this a poor film, the acting is poor and unnatural. The script isn’t much better; at times, it feels like there is missing dialog that isn’t shared. This film is not worth the watch.
