This film was another movie based on a short story. This peculiar film was based on Louisa May Alcott’s story. Although, the filmmakers used the book it of course isn’t the book. If you watch the film hoping for the book brought to life, you will sorely be disappointed. Besides that, I did enjoy the stifling old-fashioned storyline with its famous Hallmark feel good sentiment.
