An animated version of Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet.

This film surprisingly works. It shows off Shakespeare for the younger generation and pokes fun of it at the same time. The ending is not your typical Shakespearean ending. Not that the ending was a problem especially since this film is geared to children. It’s cute, enjoyable, and entertaining for both old and young alike. It’s worth a watch.
