Rated PG-13
Based on the true story of Billy Beane, the general manager of the Oakland A’s. Beane used unusual method’s to turn the A’s into a great team. Starring Brad Pitt, Jonah Hill, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Robin Wright
Moneyball is a movie about baseball without much baseball. This was a great movie but do I think it was a Best Picture. No. I think Jonah Hill was amazing and Brad Pitt did his usual fantastical job. The script was the best part. The script written by Steven Zaillian and Aaron Sorkin was one of the best banter films I have seen. Overall, was it a top film, I’m not so sure but it was worth a watch.
