Eye in the Sky (2015) Rated R

A military officer is in command of an operation against terrorists, but when a girl enters the kill zone, it triggers an international dispute about the implications of modern warfare. Starring Faisa Hassan, Aisha Takow, and Armaan Haggio.

This is one of the best films highlighting modern warfare; it’s not always hand-to-hand combat anymore. It also exposes the collateral damage that happens in times of war. The thing about this film is that everyone high up on the totem pole is questioned on whether or not to take the shot, and I don’t know how realistic that is. I’m sure they question every shot, but often they don’t have much time to think about it. It’s a gripping story that has suspense, intrigue, and plot twists. Even though the film  is gripping, it is probably the most unrealistic way in military tactic. However, this film is still worth a watch.
